  • Deep understanding of the talent landscape and competitive compensation trends in both US and international markets.
  • Skilled in conducting compensation benchmarking to build localized salary bands.
  • Expert-level experience with platforms like Workable, Greenhouse, or Lever, and a proactive approach to using AI for efficiency and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven remote work experience with ability to work independently, communicate proactively, and manage time across time zones
  • Positive, can-do attitude with strong project ownership and a flexible, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handling sensitive data.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with US HR practices and employment law (FLSA, exempt vs. non-exempt, contractor classifications)
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or international equivalent certification)
  • Experience with HR analytics or people data reporting
