About The Position

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist on Fooda’s People Team, you will manage the full cycle recruitment process to attract and acquire the strongest talent to Fooda’s business verticals. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills and the proven ability to understand business needs and quickly develop positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience supporting operations and client- facing verticals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Demonstrated success managing multiple searches and delivering strong hiring outcomes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence hiring managers
- Ability to use data and metrics to inform recruiting strategies and improve results
- Highly organized and adaptable, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

- Experience in sales recruiting is a plus
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the full-cycle recruitment process for a range of roles, including a focus on Sales and GTM hiring, ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate experience
- Partner with hiring managers to develop thoughtful hiring strategies, aligned with team goals and broader business priorities
- Build and maintain pipelines of top talent, leveraging proactive sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive candidates
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on interviewing best practices, market insights, and candidate evaluation, helping to drive strong and equitable hiring decisions
- Use recruiting metrics and data to track performance, identify opportunities, and optimize hiring processes
- Prioritize building diverse and inclusive candidate slates, expanding outreach and sourcing strategies to reach a broad talent pool
- Represent Fooda at recruiting events and help strengthen the company’s employer brand
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in recruiting processes, tools, and overall talent strategy
