The organization is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle for clinical and operational roles. This is a fully remote position with a base salary of $85,000 plus commission, aimed at a recruiter who values building relationships and making a meaningful impact. The role involves strategic partnership with hiring managers, pipeline development for challenging positions, and connecting mission-driven professionals with fulfilling work.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in healthcare
  • Experience recruiting for behavioral health, mental health, or substance use treatment roles is a strong plus
  • Strong sourcing skills — you know how to find people who aren't looking
  • Proficiency with ATS and HCM systems
  • Consultative communication style with a track record of building trust with hiring managers
  • Ability to juggle multiple searches, reprioritize quickly, and follow through consistently
  • Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

  • Drive full-cycle recruitment for a range of clinical and operational positions aligned with Kolmac's mission
  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers — conducting intake calls, advising on candidate assessment, and keeping searches on track
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for evergreen roles through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building
  • Conduct targeted sourcing and resume mining to surface both active and passive candidates
  • Verify that candidates hold required licenses and credentials before advancing
  • Negotiate and extend offers; communicate accepted terms and start dates to HR and hiring managers
  • Advise on sourcing and compensation strategy for difficult-to-fill openings
  • Flag and report internal referral eligibility for candidate selections
