About The Position

Performance Validation is a 100% employee-owned consulting firm serving the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industries. We've spent 30+ years earning a reputation for doing the work we say we'll do — and that reputation is championed by the people we bring in the door and how we welcome them when they get here. This is an early-career role designed for someone who wants to learn the full employee lifecycle from the ground up and grow into a Talent Acquisition Partner over time. You'll start by taking ownership of our onboarding program — the documentation, the orientation coordination, the systems work, and the candidate-to-employee handoff that sets the tone for everyone who joins PV. Once you've got that running smoothly, you'll grow into the recruiting side: coordination, candidate experience, sourcing support, and eventually full-cycle recruiting.

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience in HR, onboarding, recruiting coordination, or administrative support
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field — or equivalent experience
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping any of them
  • Excellent written and verbal communication — you'll be one of the first people new hires interact with
  • A high attention to detail and a real respect for confidentiality
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Practical fluency with AI tools — we're a company that uses them thoughtfully to work smarter, and we want someone who's curious about doing the same in HR
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • The kind of person who follows through, communicates clearly, and treats every new employee — and eventually every candidate — like a professional.
