About The Position
We're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate and professional-level positions. This role partners closely with hiring managers and business leaders to develop talent pipelines, execute sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from intake through offer.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting corporate or professional-level talent
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders
