About The Position

Join our HR team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and play a vital role in expanding our clinical and operational teams. You will drive recruitment for Behavior Technicians, Treatment Professionals, and Operations staff, providing candidates with a seamless and welcoming transition into our organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Prior recruitment experience with strong preference given to healthcare, clinical, or high-volume hiring environment is ideal.
• Exceptional verbal and written skills, with a proven ability to communicate complex details clearly, concisely, and empathetically.
• Strong service-oriented mindset dedicated to supporting internal teams, hiring managers, and candidates with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively, hit tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly adaptable and composed under changing priorities, new operational challenges, and evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead candidate sourcing and engagement for clinical and support roles.
• Build a steady pipeline for high-demand Behavior Technician and Treatment positions using proactive sourcing tactics and efficient workflows.
• Organize and lead local hiring events, career fairs, and group interview sessions to attract top local talent.
• Maintain the internal staffing dashboard, managing job requisitions, approval flows, and real-time candidate pipelines.
• Promote our core values at every candidate touchpoint to champion an inclusive hiring process.
• Participate in team-building activities and Culture Club initiatives.
• Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand staffing requirements and deliver data-backed hiring recommendations.
