About The Position

As we continue to scale rapidly, we are looking to add a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a high volume of hiring across technical and business roles. This is a 12‑month contract opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in high‑growth environments and enjoys building strong talent pipelines in competitive markets. Requirements

• 3–5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in a scaling or technology-focused environment
• Ability to manage a high volume of roles and multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong sourcing skills and comfort engaging passive candidates
• Experience recruiting for technical roles is a strong asset
• Clear, professional communication and strong stakeholder collaboration skills
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and modern sourcing tools
• Working knowledge of Ontario employment standards and inclusive hiring practices

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment across a range of roles, from Sales to Operations to Finance - from intake through offer
• Partner with hiring leaders to define hiring needs and build effective sourcing strategies
• Proactively identify and engage candidates through direct sourcing, networking, and referrals
• Build and maintain strong pipelines, particularly for sales and operations roles
• Deliver a consistent and positive candidate experience
• Manage interview coordination and hiring workflows
• Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system and track recruitment metrics
• Support fair, compliant hiring practices aligned with Ontario employment and human rights standards
