The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, engage, and hire top talent aligned with the organization’s strategic goals. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, ensure a positive candidate experience, and support the company’s growth through effective talent strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
  • Experience with ATS systems (Dayforce) and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
  • Experience recruiting in manufacturing industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance
  • Negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze recruiting metrics
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment (requisition intake to offer acceptance)
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, competencies, and selection criteria
  • Develop and post job descriptions across appropriate sourcing channels
  • Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other platforms
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes.
  • Guide hiring managers on interview best practices and structured interviewing
  • Manage offer preparation, salary benchmarking, and negotiation
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire etc)
  • Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives
  • Participate in workforce planning and succession planning discussions
  • Support the HR Director with various HR initiatives and administrative tasks.
  • Other duties as assigned.
