About The Position

We are seeking a Part-Time Talent Acquisition Specialist who can operate independently as a high impact recruiting partner for IMPEX. You will own full cycle hiring across sales, engineering, operations, and service delivery while working closely with department leaders to forecast headcount, shape long term needs, and build proactive talent pipelines. This role requires someone who is equally strong at sourcing and stakeholder partnership, and who thrives in a fast, build heavy environment where no task is too big or too small.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in enterprise technology or related technical sectors
• Strong ability to source and engage passive candidates across technical and non-technical roles
• Experience coordinating interview processes, pipeline reviews, and stakeholder communication
• Ability to qualify candidates across sales, engineering, operations, and service delivery
• Understanding of competitive hiring markets across Greater Los Angeles and broader enterprise tech ecosystems
• Highly organized with strong follow through and attention to detail
• Experience using an ATS and modern sourcing tools beyond LinkedIn alone
• A relationship builder who can support both current openings and long term pipeline development
• Comfortable stretching to meet business needs when required

Responsibilities

• Support IMPEX’s overall recruiting efforts including direct sourcing, internet recruiting, employee referrals, and partner-based candidate pools
• Run intake meetings with Hiring Managers to fill priority business needs, clarify requirements, success profiles, timelines, and interview steps
• Source and engage high potential candidates to build robust and future ready pipelines
• Conduct a high volume of candidate screens daily, while maintaining consistency and candidate experience.
• Post jobs, track applicants, and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
• Conduct prescreens and partner with technical leaders for deeper evaluations
• Actively source passive candidates, including talent not currently on the market, using LinkedIn Recruiter, niche communities, referrals, and creative sourcing channels
• Build strong relationships with both active and passive candidates for current and future needs
