About The Position

Talent Acquisition Specialist – Rochelle Park, NJ New Pediatric Medicaid Division | $70,000–$80,000 Salary Help Us Build Something New! Affirmed Home Care is redefining what quality home care looks like—delivering compassionate, concierge-level services that change lives every day. As we continue to grow, we are launching a NEW Pediatric Medicaid Division from our Rochelle Park, NJ office and are seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to help build this program from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping a new division while recruiting and onboarding exceptional caregivers who are passionate about pediatric care. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead recruitment efforts for our pediatric and home care services. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding high-quality HHAs and Nurses while ensuring all hires meet NJ Medicaid requirements and Affirmed Home Care’s standards of excellence. This is a full-time, in-office role offering a $70,000–$80,000 annual salary , based on experience.

Requirements

Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
2+ years of healthcare or home care recruiting (HHAs, LPNs, RNs)
Pediatric or Medicaid recruiting experience required
Strong digital and social recruiting skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Lead recruiting for the new Pediatric Medicaid Division
Manage job postings across multiple platforms
Build community partnerships through job fairs, schools, and networking
Own the full recruitment lifecycle: screening, interviewing, compliance, and onboarding
Ensure all hires meet NJ Medicaid and internal standards
Consistently onboard at least 5 fully cleared caregivers per week
Facilitate new-hire orientations
Promote referral programs and employee engagement initiatives
