About The Position

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment activities across multiple states. The role helps attract and retain talent for positions supporting the company’s home healthcare operations. The specialist partners with team members and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and recruit qualified professionals who can provide outstanding patient care. Compensation is $26–$30 per hour, with bonus potential based on performance.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in high-volume healthcare recruiting.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong decision-making skills.
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Execute the end-to-end recruitment process, from creating requisitions through offer acceptance and onboarding, while providing a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align priorities and hiring timelines.
Implement sourcing strategies using direct sourcing, social recruiting, referrals, resume database searches, professional networks, local community organizations, and other relevant passive recruitment methods.
Post job openings across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
Maintain the applicant tracking system, keeping candidate records current, compliant, and organized.
