About The Position

Clients Blackbox is a fast-growing performance marketing agency specializing in Meta advertising for Registered Investment Advisors. Our mission is to help financial advisors grow their practices by generating qualified appointments with high-net-worth prospects through innovative marketing strategies. We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and lead our hiring efforts. In this role, you will be instrumental in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top-tier talent that aligns with our culture and business objectives. You will work closely with department leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced agency or marketing environment
Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Passion for building great teams and a positive workplace culture.
Adaptability and problem-solving mindset in a dynamic environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience recruiting for marketing, digital media, or tech roles.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and human resources best practices.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruiting strategies
Source candidates using multiple channels including social media, job boards, networking, and referrals
Manage the full recruitment life cycle from job posting, screening, interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding support
Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems accurately
Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
Promote Clients Blackbox brand and culture to potential candidates to attract high-quality talent
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes and effectiveness
