Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, a leading provider of home health & hospice services, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter with a proven track record in sourcing and recruiting nurses and therapists. This position is eligible for 100% remote but the employee must reside in a state where Enhabit currently operates. Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting with a focus on healthcare, nursing, or therapy recruitment.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring healthcare professionals.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and interview skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience using iCIMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for home health branches, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare talent, with a focus on nursing and therapy professionals.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and engage qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for open positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
