About The Position

The Role We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition professional who thrives on finding exceptional people before they find us — someone energised by building diverse, high-quality talent pipelines and creating meaningful connections across functions and geographies. In this role, you’ll go far beyond inbound screening. You’ll take full ownership of sourcing strategy, market intelligence, and candidate engagement — identifying, attracting, and nurturing top talent who will shape the future of Neural Concept. You’ll work hand-in-hand with hiring managers across all functions and geographies, helping them find the right people while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong emphasis on active sourcing (in-house or agency).
  • Attention to data quality (notes, tags, metrics) and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean.
  • Commitment to equitable and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Fluency in English

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on with an ATS Ashby
  • Experience hiring GTM roles for technical companies
  • Cross-cultural awareness and professionalism; experience supporting searches in Europe, the US, and Asia is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand future needs and define role priorities.
  • Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Kaggle, Stack Overflow, Boolean search, and specialized communities.
  • Identify, approach, and engage passive candidates, nurturing long-term relationships even before roles open.
  • Conduct ongoing market mapping to track key talent across geographies and competitors.
  • Develop and maintain talent pools by skillset, function, and location; ensure pipeline diversity and balance.
  • Use data and sourcing analytics to measure outreach performance and continuously refine tactics.
  • Manage candidate flow through Ashby — ensuring pipelines are up-to-date, candidates are tagged, and communications are personalized and timely.
  • Keep Ashby organized: maintain clear stages, email templates, tags, and automations to support sourcing workflows.
  • Provide hiring teams with insights from sourcing data and pipeline analytics.
  • Collaborate with the People team on employer branding, talent marketing, and outreach campaigns.
  • Guarantee a respectful, transparent, and engaging candidate experience from first contact to offer.
