Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to uncover their staffing needs and craft crystal-clear job requirements.
• Write and polish job descriptions that showcase both the role's responsibilities and the Circle Logistics culture.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to find qualified candidates.
• Hunt for talent across job boards, social media, referral networks, and professional events.
• Craft outreach messages that get candidates excited to apply and engage.
• Review resumes and conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates and their fit.
• Manage interview scheduling and coordinate logistics for a smooth candidate experience.
• Assess candidates for relevant skills, experience, and alignment with company values.
• Support offer preparation and participate in salary discussions under leadership guidance.
• Collaborate with HR to onboard new hires and ensure they feel welcomed.
• Promote Circle Logistics as an employer of choice through various channels.
• Stay informed on recruiting trends, tools, and best practices.
