Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Specialist provides support and coordination for Superior Plus Propane’s recruitment process on a national basis. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will maximize the attraction and recruitment of talent by partnering with Hiring Managers and the Human Resources team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process for assigned postings including posting vacant positions, interviews, coaching hiring managers, and communication of Superior Plus Propane’s employment brand. This is a 6-month contract position to support demands during peak hiring season. This is a remote opportunity and can be performed from anywhere within the US or Canada.
