Requirements

  • Degree in HR, Business Management, Psychology, or similar careers.
  • 3+ years full-cycle recruiting experience (IT industry experience desirable).
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter & using ATS.
  • Experience using tools like Slack, G-Suite, Jira, among others.
  • Experience working hybrid.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Planning skills: Time management, meeting deadlines and deliverables with low supervision.
  • Positive and open-minded style of communication.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment (start-up/tech): proactivity, initiative, resourcefulness, uncertainty management. Autonomy in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize strategic sourcing techniques and employer branding.
  • Lead kick-off meetings with hiring managers for Job Description creation or alignment.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, posting job listings, scheduling interviews, conducting background and reference checks, negotiating job offers, and onboarding new hires in Latam and Europe.
  • Develop and improve assessments for roles and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies, job boards, and other talent sources.
  • Manage and mentor junior members of the talent acquisition team.
  • Manage candidate communication and provide regular updates to hiring managers and candidates.
  • Coordinate recruitment events, such as career fairs and virtual events.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the ATS.
  • Provide excellent customer service to candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Perform special projects and other HR duties as assigned.
  • Manage the onboarding & offboarding process from end to end.
