About The Position

This role has flexible day time hours, and will work mostly remote. However, some in office days and travel will be required. Flynn Group of Companies is the leading trade contractor in North America that works on virtually every aspect of a buildingâs outer layer, including Roofing, Glazing, Waterproofing, and Architectural Metals. Requirements

3+ years experience in a Recruiting role for Professional-level positions
Proficient knowledge of Talent Acquisition software
Thorough understanding of hiring laws related to Talent Acquisition
Experience with Job boards including LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
Experience with online Sourcing techniques
Bachelorâs Degree in human resources, business Management, Communications or a related field.
Ability to travel to USA and other Canadian territories on an occasional basis.

Recruit top talent in a challenging market
Develop and set goals; consistently delivering results.
Develop and sustain an active network of candidates by utilizing internet, social networks, database mining, cold and warm calling, social and business websites, referrals, attending and supporting job/career fairs and any additional avenues.
Source, screen, schedule interviews, close, and follow through with on-boarding
Build and maintain partnerships with business leaders
