Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field preferred
- 1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively within a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full cycle recruitment process with a variety of partners, including leading launch sessions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Identify, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies to fill roles across the United States, while advising and influencing partners on talent availability and market position attractiveness.
- Identify and build proactive relationships to develop talent pipelines for critical roles.
- Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the process, and maintain compliance with applicable employment laws.
- Promote the nVent brand to build and maintain the reputation as a destination of choice for top talent.
- Support Recruiting and Human Resources-driven priorities, as assigned.
