About The Position

We are looking for a Jr. Recruiter professional who can manage the end-to-end recruitment process, source top talent, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have strong networking skills, a solid understanding of hiring best practices, and a passion for identifying and attracting top talent to drive company success. This is a fixed-term contract for 5 months.

Requirements

1 year of experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Sourcer or in related fields.
Based in Colombia.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and recruitment events
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Manage the ATS and maintain accurate recruitment records
Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Act as a brand ambassador, promoting company culture and values
Support employer branding initiatives, including social media and recruitment marketing campaigns
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
Provide guidance on candidate selection and hiring best practices
Support onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
Ensure recruitment processes comply with labor laws and company policies
Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness)
Provide regular updates and reports to P&C leadership
