About The Position

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are responsible for the full cycle of the recruiting process, meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. You will be sourcing and attracting candidates, coordinating the interview process, conducting interviews, facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a top-tier experience. This position is hybrid with three days a week working at our headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona and two days a week working remotely.

Requirements

  • At least one year of talent acquisition, sales, account management, or HR experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable making decisions independently
  • Experience with applicant tracking software, HRIS systems, and other recruitment systems
  • Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to recruitment and hiring
  • Experience with a wide variety of sourcing avenues and job boards such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred
  • Healthcare experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across various open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.
  • Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open.
  • Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements.
  • Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation.
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices; update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
