About the Role This position is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals to support organizational staffing needs. This role partners closely with hiring managers, leadership teams, and HR to develop effective recruitment strategies, attract top talent, and ensure a positive candidate experience. You will proactively build talent pipelines, utilize innovative sourcing techniques including cold outreach, maintain accurate recruitment reporting, and ensure candidates move efficiently through the hiring process. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and a results-driven approach to achieving hiring objectives.
