The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays an important role in the organization by performing several activities related to the company’s recruiting functions. The role is primarily responsible, under general supervision, for corporate job postings, administrative recruiting support, recruiting related inquiries from internal employees, sourcing, recruiting, and screening applicants for a variety of positions. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will nurture relationships with prospective talent and manage on-going manager relationships as delegated by the Talent Acquisition Supervisor, by assisting in the identification of the talent necessary to make the company successful while ensuring positive candidate experiences. This role is a part-time, temporary opportunity expected to average approximately 20 hours per week over a 3‑month contract, with potential for extension.
