About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success within their scope of responsibility. This role is part of a collaborative team focused on developing recruitment strategies, identifying sourcing channels, and advising hiring managers. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the best talent is sourced and hired, supporting onsite engagement for our Customer Experience Center, and assisting the HR team with special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience using a variety of job boards and creative sourcing strategies
  • Proven success recruiting across multiple functions, including Field Operations and Contact Centers
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ADP Recruitment Management preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong collaboration, self-motivation, and time management skills
  • Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities and multiple tasks

Responsibilities

  • Ensure company compliance with established hiring procedures, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), and Affirmative Action policies
  • Support recruiting efforts across departments, including Field Operations and the Contact Center
  • Manage a high volume of requisitions (15–20 at any given time)
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, qualifications, and responsibilities
  • Manage the job requisition and posting process, including creating, updating, and removing postings across various platforms
  • Source candidates using a variety of recruitment tools and strategies
  • Proactively reach out to potential candidates for current openings
  • Oversee onsite engagement and coordination activities for the Customer Experience Center
  • Act as a partner to managers and supervisors in communicating HR policies, procedures, and programs
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives that align with company goals
  • Support the creation and facilitation of hiring and recruitment training for management
  • Liaise with organizations focused on areas such as diversity, accessibility, gender equity, and workplace safety
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners on special HR projects and initiatives
  • Perform administrative duties and maintain accurate records as required
