About The Position

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a remote contract position with a Major Financial Services Company located in Bloomington, IL. This is a 3+ month contract opportunity. This position is fully remote. Compensation: $36.00 - $46.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications. Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, this role develops and executes effective, position-specific Talent Acquisition strategies to ensure open positions are filled with high quality talent in a timely fashion. The ideal candidate will partner with Hiring Managers and other internal teams to meet talent acquisition business objectives, leveraging AI tools and advanced sourcing techniques.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, including technology recruitment experience
  • Experience as a consultative talent acquisition partner
  • Solid business insight and broad understanding of current business trends and strategies
  • Ability to engage at all levels of the organization, handle ambiguity, and deliver on results
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Advanced consulting skills with demonstrated ability to successfully persuade senior stakeholders
  • Expertise in AI Enablement and Boolean search methods
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite including Copilot

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process with an emphasis on building strong hiring manager partnerships and candidate advocacy to attract and retain top talent
  • Leverage Copilot and approved TA workflows to support candidate sourcing, screening, and communication
  • Champion AI adoption within the team by actively participating in adoption calls, sharing feedback and use cases
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI tools to reduce administrative work and improve consistency
  • Consult with and provide support to hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and forecast needs
  • Create a robust pipeline of candidates through advanced sourcing including web searches, LinkedIn, and the applicant tracking system
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience both internally and externally throughout the hiring process
  • Manage weekly recruiting metrics and reports pertaining to open positions and recruiting operations
  • Interview and qualify potential candidates based on the agreed upon competencies, goals, and needs of the business
  • Manage the recruitment processes by appropriately tracking statuses within the applicant tracking system and/or VMS reporting systems
  • Provide value-added recruiting advice to hiring managers to help influence talent decisions and negotiate compensation
  • Encourage hiring managers to keep diversity front-of-mind
