Under the direction of the Support Center Talent Acquisition Team Manager, the Support Center Talent Acquisition Specialist is a strategic partner in sourcing, interviewing and evaluating internal and external candidates for support center opportunities with Michael's. This person contributes to our mission by delivering High Performing Team Members to dive business results. The Support Center Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with the HR Team and the business Leadership teams. As part of a centralized staffing model the Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with their peers to share best practices, make recommendations on ways to simplify processes and support other business units as needed. Proactively looks for innovative and new industry best practices around recruiting, interviewing and sourcing to ensure we are hiring top talent and all candidates walk away from their experience with a positive image of the Michael's brand.
