The Opportunity You will lead caregiver recruitment and play a central role in shaping the workforce that supports our clients and families.
Requirements
- 1–3 years recruiting experience (healthcare strongly preferred)
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Hireology, Indeed, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
Responsibilities
- Managing full-cycle recruitment of Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) and caregivers
- Building and maintaining a consistent, high-quality talent pipeline
- Conducting professional, values-aligned interviews
- Overseeing onboarding to ensure a smooth and elevated candidate experience
- Partnering with leadership to forecast staffing needs
- Tracking recruiting metrics and maintaining strong organization
- Representing Seniornest at hiring events and community outreach efforts
