We are seeking a highly energetic part-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to assist in our continued growth phase in all areas of our business. What You'll Do As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Vastian, you'll work with the team by sourcing and hiring top talent for key SaaS roles. Your daily activities will involve collaborating closely with hiring managers to define precise role requirements and proactively sourcing candidates for vital positions in all areas including Sales, Client Success, and Engineering and others. You'll take charge of the entire recruiting lifecycle-from writing job descriptions to engaging outreach and insightful interviews -all while ensuring an unforgettable candidate experience. With your expertise, you will share insights on talent trends, competitive compensation, and innovative hiring strategies, empowering us to build exceptional teams that drive transformative change in healthcare technology.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in SaaS or technology environment (Healthcare SaaS preferred).
  • Understanding of regulated industries
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms and creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates.
  • Proven ability to evaluate candidates and conduct thorough screenings.
  • Strong collaboration and consultative skills to partner effectively with hiring managers and leadership.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and operate efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple searches.
