About The Position

FTAI Aviation Ltd. (NASDAQ: FTAI) owns and maintains commercial jet engines, focusing on CFM56 and V2500 engines. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including sourcing for specialized technical roles.
  • Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting within aviation, aerospace, manufacturing, or other technical industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide recruitment guidance, and support effective hiring decisions.
  • Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and overall fit.
  • Maintain regular communication with hiring managers to ensure timely interview feedback and keep recruitment processes moving forward.
  • Build and maintain active candidate pipelines by continuously sourcing, engaging, and generating qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and team practices to increase efficiency, quality of hires, and overall hiring effectiveness.
  • Share best practices and provide guidance to the recruitment team on sourcing, candidate management, process consistency, and recruitment tools.
  • Take initiative in driving recruitment priorities forward and helping improve the overall candidate and hiring manager experience.
