About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, source, and present top talent to the organization. This role involves working closely with senior team members, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless hiring experience. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will focus on administrative tasks, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and building relationships with potential candidates to support staffing needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required). High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or related fields (internships or entry-level roles are a plus).
  • Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Workday and Google Suite proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strategic, dynamic, enthusiastic, and quick to take initiative
  • Highly motivated, goal driven, result oriented and team player
  • Proven track record of sourcing and landing top talent.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment metrics and analytics.
  • Interest or experience in employer branding initiatives.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adjust to new tools, systems, and processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to requests and demands.
  • Works effectively with colleagues, hiring managers, and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
  • Draft and update job descriptions to reflect accurate and engaging information about open roles.
  • Use job boards, social media, and other online platforms to source and identify potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening of candidates to assess qualifications and interest.
  • Assist with pre-employment processes, including coordinating with the processing team to complete reference checks and background verification.
  • Support new hire onboarding by ensuring smooth communication between HR, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Help promote the company’s employer brand through social media posts, career fairs, and community engagement.
  • Assist in organizing recruitment events to attract a diverse pool of candidates
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases with accurate candidate information.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to track hiring progress and effectiveness.
  • Support senior recruiters with ad hoc projects and process improvements.
  • Special Projects and Other Duties as assigned
