The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing key employee experience processes across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding & offboarding for all USA, Canada & Mexico stores. This role ensures a seamless and compliant employee experience from hire to separation while supporting both Retail (store teams) and Support Center (corporate teams). The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering a positive employee experience in a fast-paced, multi-site retail environment.
