About The Position

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and recruiting top talent for a wide variety of positions across different industries. This is a full-time, in-person role that offers a competitive salary, commission, and excellent benefits.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within an HR advisory or staffing firm.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple industries.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for various roles.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and reference checks.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice on talent acquisition strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through proactive sourcing techniques such as networking, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications and are a good fit for the company culture.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the interview process between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.
