Primera is expanding its infrastructure across the Country and is seeking a highly-motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its HR team. This role will lead recruiting efforts, partnering with the SVP of Human Resources and internal hiring managers to proactively source talent through networking, headhunting, searching, and connecting with passive candidates. The specialist will be instrumental in creating first impressions for Primera and will be deeply involved in the day-to-day operations of the HR department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for attracting and finding qualified individuals who are enthusiastic about joining a diverse team.
