The Talent Acquisition team is responsible for attracting, evaluating, and selecting top-tier talent that will enable S&C to accomplish its strategic objectives and gain a competitive edge in the market. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for shaping the S&C workforce with the best possible talent to achieve organizational resourcing strategies and needs. Partnering with hiring managers across the US, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for exempt and non-exempt positions, while promoting S&C’s brand proposition and ensuring a positive recruitment experience for all parties involved.
