The TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST is responsible for finding, screening, and working to attract the right applicants that align with t he mission and values of LUV Bridal. In this role, they will contribute to the success and growth of the company by continually evolving our processes and building the tools to attract top talent. Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who has a proven track record for cultivating successful teams .

Requirements

  • 3 -5 years of experience in a talent acquisition position.
  • Bachelors in HR, Business, or related field
  • Solid understanding of employment laws and applicant tracking software
  • Proven record of building a strong talent workforce
  • Passionate about helping people.
  • Data driven, good communication skills, self-starter , and ability to build relationships
  • Humble and able to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain job descriptions for all positions
  • Ability to build streams of potential candidates through digital and local platforms/organizations
  • Communicates the brands mission, values, and deliverables of the position in an effective and clear manner
  • In-depth understanding of the roles offered in the company
  • Responds promptly to communication with potential candidates
  • Screen candidates based on qualifications and the needs of the position
  • Manages pipeline of candidates and efficiently updates where they are in the interview process
  • Arrange interviews of candidates with the appropriate department leadership
  • Ensuring that the company is always presented well to attract the right talent on all digital platforms to engage and attract top talent
  • Manages the new employees’ onboarding process with their new department leader
  • Oversee to ensure that employee completes all onboarding compliance requirements
  • Holds accountability to the department leader to ensure that they are efficiently processing the new hire thro ugh onboarding training
  • Ensuring that the new hire receives the proper evaluations
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to the needs of the business
