Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of talent acquisition experience in high volume recruitment and manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes & best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle of assigned requisitions, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding.
• Leverage knowledge of our business needs and search requirements to effectively match candidates with roles.
• Partner with hiring leadership to understand business needs and team dynamics
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
• Support initiatives to enhance the employer brand and candidate experience
