About The Position

Michels Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full cycle recruitment process. This role involves sourcing and hiring qualified candidates, obtaining necessary approvals, conducting prescreens and interviews, extending employment offers, and coordinating pre-employment tasks like reference checks. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, independent, accountable, and dependable, thriving in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. This is an onsite position based in Green Bay, WI.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or four or more years of full cycle recruitment experience or a combination of both
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management
• Self-motivated
• Strong attention to detail
• Sense of urgency
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of State and Federal employment law, EEO, Affirmative Action and Diversity Policies
• A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
