About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist performs highly technical duties in recruiting and sourcing for ReCon and its clients. This involves using online recruiting sources, scheduling interviews, onboarding new employees, and collaborating with the HR Manager and Supervisor to develop effective recruiting strategies. The role also includes identifying and implementing efficient recruiting methods, conducting preliminary interviews, assisting with the interview process alongside managers and directors, managing candidate communication, and maintaining accurate documentation. The specialist provides comprehensive information to candidates, collaborates on offer processes, and coordinates all administrative components of the employment lifecycle. Additionally, the role involves creating HR procedures/training videos, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and staying updated on recruiting trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field preferred with at least (3) three years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.

Responsibilities

  • Leverages networking and online recruiting resources (social networks, professional organizations, trade groups) and uses applicant tracking system to identify and recruits the best candidates.
  • Attracts, interviews, and qualifies applicants for all open positions including coordinating presence at job fairs.
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs to the organization.
  • Completes a preliminary interview of candidates, which could include the use of face-to-face behavioral-based interviewing methodologies.
  • Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interview with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
  • Manages and coordinates all communication with candidates including scheduling and logistics of interviews.
  • Maintains accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates and other recruiting activities to ensure a compliant and thorough audit.
  • Provides complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the positions including job descriptions and departmental information.
  • Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
  • Coordinates the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in employment lifecycle recruiting.
  • Create procedures/training videos for HR Department, applicants, and employees.
  • Ensure compliance with federal state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
