We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting in a high-volume environment, preferably within manufacturing, retail, distribution, or similar industries.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, job boards, and networking.
  • Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of recruiting best practices, employment compliance, and high-volume hiring processes.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing environments, FDA Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and OSHA safety requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Provide regular updates on recruiting progress, hiring challenges, and market insights.
  • Source qualified candidates using multiple recruiting channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen and interview candidates to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and facilitate the interview process.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Gather interview feedback and communicate next steps to candidates.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the HRIS and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruiting best practices.
  • Maintain confidentiality of candidate information, compensation data, background checks, and other sensitive information.
  • Support hiring needs outside of standard business hours as business demands require.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
