About The Position

Do you have at least three years of experience in talent acquisition and a passion for recruiting—both the rush of success and the grind of the process? We’re building on the strong foundation of recruiting at Wavetronix and looking for someone to help take it to the next level. What you’ll love You’ll work on a wide variety of roles—manufacturing, inside and outside sales, culinary, events, graphic design, education, software and electrical engineering, garden and grounds, and more. You’ll build and maintain deep partnerships with each of our Wavetronix business units. You’ll work directly with accessible leaders in a flat organization. What qualifies you At least 3 years of experience in dedicated talent acquisition or technical recruiting. You genuinely enjoy talking with people and building relationships. You can “disagree and commit”—you speak up thoughtfully and handle differing perspectives with emotional maturity. You are a strong process owner who can maintain and improve systems, including comfort with recruiting platforms and generative AI tools. You’re energized by training others and sharing best practices. You embrace “clear is kind,” even when delivering difficult news. You take ownership of mistakes (they are inevitable)—and work to resolve them. You partner effectively with internal stakeholders, bringing insight without ego. While you will carry most of the load of the talent acquisition function, you will be surrounded and supported by a mission-driven team that will invest in your skills and mindsets as fast as you are able to invest in Wavetronix. You will work in-person at our Springville campus and so will be surrounded by the teams your efforts help and will watch the people you have hired grow and succeed. Your first successes in this role will look like: First 30 days Take over the existing candidate pipelines. Learn the quirks and features of the applicant tracking system currently being used. Meet leaders of our biggest internal “customers” to learn about team needs. First 6 months Help plan out ways to enhance candidate evaluations and candidate experience. Make proposals around optimizing tools like the ATS. Implement hiring team training and start to update and optimize those trainings.
