About the Role: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll use your relationship and interpersonal skills as you identify and nurture relevant community partnerships. You’ll report directly to the VP of Human Resources with the ability to influence the priorities within your role. You’ll collaborate with leaders to design and implement meaningful candidate personas for each job title.

Requirements

Associates degree
2-3 years’ experience in talent acquisition, preferably in healthcare
Fundamental knowledge of human resources
Mindset for sourcing and engaging talent
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow through
