Responsibilities
- Work closely with Directors and HR to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations by being proactive.
- Remain active with posting job descriptions on job boards and social networks and also by attending networking events.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract internal talent and independent contractors.
- Generate regular reports to track recruitment metrics.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Prospecting candidates via phone calls and emails to find internal candidates.
- Leverage LinkedIn to identify, connect with, and nurture prospects; build and maintain a strong online presence to support relationship development, client retention, and business growth.
