The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for positions at Philabundance. Primary responsibilities include developing and executing recruitment plans, coordinating the job offer process, and ensuring all hiring activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations. This role also requires moderate to high proficiency with an HRIS system (preferably Paycom) and close partnership with the Human Resources team to support onboarding, HRIS data accuracy, and benefits administration workflows. The Talent Acquisition Specialist serves as a key partner and primary consultant to hiring managers, search committees, and the Human Resources team, while continuously identifying opportunities for process improvement across recruitment and onboarding practices.
