We are seeking a talented and seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full life-cycle recruitment process for client groups within Element Solutions Inc. for our facility in California. This position will be responsible for executing the Talent Acquisition strategy, full lifecycle recruiting service model and meet/exceed established KPIs. Collaborating with leadership, hiring managers, and HR colleagues to execute against the recruitment strategy to attract and assess the right talent for our organization. We are looking for someone that will seek to deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience and will be a trusted partner to our stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience within corporate Human Resources and/or search firm recruiting experience
• Recruiting experience with a focus on broad range of corporate functions with candidate generation in a highly complex and competitive market
• Knowledgeable in technical recruiting highly technical engineering and manufacturing roles
• Experience working on tight deadlines and with great pace
• Candidates must be committed to working onsite in Fremont, CA.
• Familiarity with Chemicals and Manufacturing industries and key talent within the STEM space
• Highly collaborative and be able to work as part of a team as well as independently
• Strong follow up skills, with attention to detail
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Ability to understand and adapt to rapidly changing priorities and to prioritize accordingly
• Adopt a professional, well-organized, self-motivated personality who can function well in fast-paced, high energy environments
• Inquisitive, growth oriented in terms of knowledge and positive attitude in embracing challenges.
• Able to serve as an ambassador for our most exciting, fastest pace facility

Nice To Haves

• While the role offers flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week, consistent onsite collaboration is an essential requirement of the position.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle recruiting process for a brand new, rapidly scaling, high tech manufacturing facility
• Partner with Hiring Managers and Human Resources to develop and maintain relationships that define and manage hiring expectations
• Create unique and robust search strategies that will identify and deliver the right talent for the right roles at the right time
• Source, screen and manage candidates through the interview process by providing an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from engagement stage to offer
• Offer alternative sourcing strategies and educate key stakeholders on market dynamics
• Partner with HR and hiring managers to negotiate offers that are within budget, and in line with internal guidance and equity
• Manage vendor (staffing agency) relationship and expectations to support key business expansion
• Help to troubleshoot and triage recruitment processes workflow issues
