About The Position

Michels Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing and hiring qualified candidates, obtaining necessary approvals, conducting prescreens and interviews, extending employment offers, and coordinating pre-employment tasks such as reference checks. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, independent, accountable, and dependable, thriving in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. This is an onsite position located in Lomira, WI.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field or four or more years of full cycle recruitment experience or combination of both
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management and be self motivated
• Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of State and Federal employment law, EEO, Affirmative Action and Diversity Policies
• A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
