Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
  • Proficiency in the use of computer programs for: Microsoft Suite Word Excel Outlook Teams PowerPoint Recruiting Platforms LinkedIn Recruiter Indeed Handshake Internal job board (UKG) Various online platforms (as needed)

  • 2+ years in talent acquisition or recruiting

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates for various roles.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, referral networks, and creative strategies to identify and attract top talent.
  • Deliver a positive and professional experience for all candidates, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Participates in brainstorming activities with the Talent Acquisition team which are centered around strategic improvements that create efficiencies and market reach.
  • Promote the company’s culture and values through recruitment marketing and engagement initiatives.
  • Proficiently manages and leverages the Applicant Tracking System to streamline the recruitment process while ensuring accuracy in data entry and utilizing its functionality to optimize candidate sourcing, screening, and tracking.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Maintain adherence to employment laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout the hiring process.
  • Other duties as assigned.
