Requirements

  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field required
  • Two or more years of recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or related experience preferred
  • Healthcare recruitment experience preferred
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment technology preferred
  • Professional HR or Talent Acquisition certification is a plus
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Passionate about recruiting and helping others succeed
  • Comfortable managing multiple openings and competing priorities
  • An excellent communicator with strong customer service skills
  • Relationship-focused and able to build trust with candidates and hiring managers
  • Technology savvy and comfortable using ATS and HR systems

Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle recruitment activities for a variety of healthcare and non-healthcare positions
  • Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and community outreach
  • Conduct candidate screenings and phone interviews
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage candidate activity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Assist with employment offers, pre-employment processes, and onboarding transitions
  • Participate in career fairs, community events, and recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Help create a positive and engaging candidate experience from application to hire
  • Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
