About The Position
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Gateway Services, you will proactively identify, engage, and qualify exceptional talent to help build the workforce that supports Care Centers across North America. This role involves building talent pipelines, strengthening Gateway's employer brand, and using market intelligence to anticipate hiring needs. You will partner with recruiters and hiring leaders, utilize modern sourcing tools, and contribute to a collaborative culture with opportunities for career growth within HR.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of sourcing/talent acquisition experience.
- Experience sourcing operations or logistics talent.
- Strong communication and ATS experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop proactive talent pipelines.
- Source candidates using creative strategies.
- Conduct candidate outreach and screening.
- Partner with hiring managers.
- Represent Gateway at recruiting events.
