About The Position

Avania is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist for a contract role to support a short-term increase in hiring activity. This role is ideal for a recruiter with experience in clinical research, healthcare, life sciences, or CRO environments who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment setting. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full-cycle recruitment for key Clinical Operations positions across the United States, partnering closely with hiring managers and Human Resources to identify, attract, and hire top clinical research talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The successful candidate will bring a strong sourcing mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to quickly deliver quality hires in a competitive talent market.

Requirements

  • Experience in clinical research, healthcare, life sciences, or CRO environments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Clinical Operations roles, including but not limited to: Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), Senior Clinical Research Associates, Lead CRAs, Clinical Project Managers, Site Managers, Clinical Operations Leads, and other clinical research positions as required.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and establish recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing plans utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and talent pipelines.
  • Conduct candidate screening interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and alignment with Avania's culture and values.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage offer preparation, negotiations, and hiring documentation in partnership with HR.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - HireBridge.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress, pipeline health, and market conditions.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts within recruitment processes and candidate experience initiatives.
