About The Position
theFace HR is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting efforts for our client partners. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across multiple industries. You will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, efficient hiring experience. theFace HR recruits on behalf of client organizations. Selected candidates will support hiring efforts across our partner network.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Experience using an ATS (Zoho Recruit preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
- Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience recruiting for HR, operations, or professional roles
- Contract or agency recruiting experience
Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for client roles
- Conduct initial phone/video interviews
- Manage candidate pipelines in ATS (Zoho Recruit)
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients
- Maintain accurate candidate notes and status updates
- Communicate professionally with candidates and stakeholders
